The Group was established in the year 1986 and was founded by Sh. Gurinder Singh Sikka, Chairman / Managing Director.
The Group has kept on Growing with time and our Boundaries expanded with experience engulfing in it a lot of expertise, allocates, masterpiece, partners and sister concern and today our boundaries are literally boundless.
We are engaged in diverse fields like Real Estate Developments, Automobiles, Hospitality, Education, Outdoor Advertising Media Business and Filling Stations.

Real Estate Development
The group initially started with 'Real Estate Development' by participating in open auctions with different govt. bodies by purchasing commercial lands and done further development on them.

We established 'Himgiri Hyundai'  in the year 2004 and has since generated a huge customer base of its own, being one of the 'ELITE' dealers of Hyundai. Our mission is "Overall consistent growth while ensuring customer's satisfaction and delight"
and Saffron Hotels
We owns two hotels and Saffron. and Saffron were developed by D S I I D C, In the collaboration with G & S Sarovar Park Plaza Pvt. Ltd. The parent company, Sarovar Park Plaza put as and Resorts (Master Franchisee in India for the Park Plaza and park inn Hotels Brand of Carson Hotels worldwide Hotels USA is Regarded as India's fourth largest Hotel Industry.

Indus Advertising Agency
Our Indus Advertising Agency is fully equipped and handles all aspects home advertising such as deliberate planning, media buying, execution, Monitoring and Creative Solution etc. throughout India. This division is presently headed and ably guided by a thoroughbred professional experienced in media handling.

Indian Oil
We are having two petrol pumps of Indian Oil, One at Shahdara, New Delhi and other at Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, New Delhi. Shahdara petrol pump is equipped with Hyundai Authorised service center and we are providing services that includes 24/7 customer support and all other major facilities.
