AT THE TIME OF BOOKING 4.00 Lacs 
WITHIN 45 DAYS OF BOOKING  15% of BSP (Inclusive of Booking Amount )
ON START OF CONSTRUCTION 10% of BSP 
ON CASTING OF STILT FLOOR ROOF 10 % of BSP 
ON CASTING OF SECOND FLOOR ROOF 10 % of BSP + 50% of PLC
ON CASTING OF FOURTH FLOOR ROOF 7.5 % of BSP +  50% of Additional Charges
ON CASTING OF SIXTH FLOOR ROOF 7.5 % of BSP +  50% of EDC & IDC
ON CASTING OF EIGHTH FLOOR ROOF 7.5 % of BSP 
ON CASTING OF TENTH FLOOR ROOF 7.5% of BSP + 50% of EDC & IDC

2. Club Membership Fee Rs 75000/-
3. IFMS  ( Intrest Free Maintanance Security) Rs 35/- per sft
4. Power Backup Installation Charges Rs 20000/- per KVA (5 KVA mandatory)
5. EEC & FFEC Charges Rs 60/- per sft
External Development Charges & Infrastructure Development Charges (EDC & IDC) : Rs.203/- sqft
PREFERENTIAL LOCATION CHARGES (PLC):
For Park Facing or Club or Swimming Pool Facing Apartment  Rs 50/- per sft
For First Floor 5 % of BSP
For Second Floor 4 % of BSP
For Third Floor 3% of BSP
For Fourth  Floor 2% of BSP
For Fifth Floor 1% of BSP
Note:
1.In case of any upward revision of EDC & IDC by Govt. Agencies in future, the same will be recovered  from the custmer on pro-rata basis.
2.Company reserves the right to change the price. However, the price applicable on the date of booking shall be accepted.
3.Stamp Duty, Registration & other charges shall however be payable before physical posession.
4.Offer of possession will be 30 Months from the date of start of construction of the Project subject to the force -majeure conditions.
5.Cheque/DD should be drawn in the favour of "OMAXE Ltd." and payable at Delhi.
