Note:

1. The prices are subject to revision/withdrawal at any time without notice at the sole discretion of the company.
2. Government Taxes as applicable from time to time shall be payable by the allottee in addition to the sale price as stated above.
3. Transfer Charges Rs 150 per sq yds and would be allowed only after 25% payment.
4. Allocation of plot / Deed of Allotment Letter will be issued on 25% payment of Basic Sale Price.
5. If cancellation what so ever may be the reason, 10 % deduction will be done on the deposit amount.
6. Interest @18% p.a will be charged on the late payment.
