ON OFFER OF POSSESSION 5 %  of  BSP + 100% of IBMSD + 100% of Club Membership +  100% of Other Charges & taxes as per ABA (Apartment Buyer Agreement) + S.T.

TIME-LINKED PAYMENT PLAN
  On Booking Rs 3 Lacs(Studio) & Rs 4 Lacs(1 BR)  + S.T.
  Within 45 days of booking Upto 25% of BSP i.e (25% of BSP less booking amount)  + S.T.
  Withing 90 days of Booking 12.5% of BSP + 50% of EDC + S.T.
  Withing 120 days of Booking 12.5% of BSP + 50% of EDC + S.T.
  Withing 180 days of Booking 12.5% of BSP + 50% of PLC + S.T.
  Withing 240 days of Booking 12.5% of BSP + 50% of PLC + S.T.
  Withing 270 days of Booking 10.0% of BSP + 50% of Parking + S.T.
  Withing 300 days of Booking 10.0% of BSP + 50% of Parking + S.T.
  At the time of offer of possession 5% of BSP + Club Membership+100% IBMSD+Registration Fees+Misc Charges+Taxes as per ABA + S.T.

6. Price prevailing on the date of  booking shall be applicable and binding.
